We both have tried to think of something you could improve on.  Maybe human relations with "Yorkies."  Seriously, we are extremely happy how you handled our sale.  You took a couple of neophytes and kept us informed all the way and to coin a phrase, "brought the bacon home."  Had I tried to do the sale on my own, I would have lost money.  I didn't have a clue.  When you said, " I recommend asking for $63+" I  didn't think we had a chance. Shows what we know.  We appreciate your professional approach and if I have the opportunity to recommend you to others, I'll do so!
